pizza day

hari ini saya akan buat pos sepenuhnya dalam bahasa melayu.. sebab ada orang tu mengadu yang post saya sejak akhir2 ni bahasa inggeris.. pening dia nak baca.. hakhak..

dah pos jiwang kan.. kalo bahasa melayu kang geli lak haku.. huahaha..

kebelakangan ni takde benda sangat pon nak di ceritakan.. sebab pada aku, ceritanya masih sama.. aku yang berada di tempat aku sendiri pon malas nak cerita kat orang.. ikut je kemana keadaan membawa aku.. go with the flow la kata omputih.. aku pon tak tahu dalam melayu nyer hapa.. hahaha.. i look stupid when i try to convert english to malay.. hahaha.. agak2 statement aku tu ramai tak wartawan kutuk? keh3..

raya cina aku banyak dihabiskan kat rumah je.. tak larat la nak keluar dari rumah.. tak larat nak mengadap kesesakan dan orang ramai.. huhu.. jadi, salah satu aktiviti ketika berada di rumah ialah masak2.. aku and aliya buat pizza.. nyummmmmmmmiiieeeeeeeee~~ shedaaapp.. hahaha.. ni dah macam puji masakan sendiri ni..

resepi nyer senang je.. sampai sekarang pon aku ingat lagi.. hehehe..

pizza base:
11g yis mauripan (dia memang dalam paket 11g)
2 sudu besar gula
setengah cawan air panas
campur tiga2 benda kat atas ni.. biar 10-15minit..
tepung 500g
setengah cawan air susu fresh milk (ada gak guna susu tepung)
campurkan sume2 kat atas ni.. uli tepung tu sampai sakit tangan.. hahaha.. penat woo! aku baling2 doh tu dlm mangkuk.. tumbuk2.. untuk hilangkan angin..
2 sudu butter
uli lagi sampai berkilat dan nampak smooth.. men agak2 je..
pastu tutup doh dengan kain lembap dan biar 30minit atau lebih.. nanti dia naik..

sos:
2 ulas bwg putih
1 ulas bwg merah
tumis bawang2 ni dengan olive oil.. kalo xde, minyak sawit buatan malaysia pon buley..
1 tin tomato puree
mix herb or oregano.. aliya beli mix herb.. sebab oregano satu botol tu tengok kat tesco rm8.. mahal2.. mix herb ni murah je.. rm 3 kot.. kitorang masukkan separuh je.. sebab macam banyak sangat.. kalo banyak pon takpe.. herbs je.. rasa ok.. bau je la bau herb..
kuib ayam
daging kisar
masak2.. biar sejuk..

pizza:
buat pizza macam yang biasa kte tengok tu.. kalo nak bulat, bulat la..
sapu butter atas pan.. kalo takde pan, pakai tudung periuk pon ok..
cucuk2 sebelah atas pizza
tabur sos yang kita masak tadi.. pastu tabur la daging burger yg kte dh potong2, letak nenas dalam tin tu (tos kan tau air nyer), letak la nugget ke popcorn ayam ke.. anything.. pastu tabur mozarella cheese..
jangan takut mozarella akan melimpah ye.. coz dia xkan melempah. dia cair btul2 atas pizza tu nanti.. hehehe..
bakar 180 degrees.. untuk 25-30 minit..
ouh.. aku sapu butter kat bibir pizza so that dia nampak perang lepas dibakar.. hehe..

siap..

Dear bloggie,

I'm sorry that i've been neglecting you lately due to the fact that i'm not in the mood to share anything with the world.. haha..

ive been to sabah last weekend.. it was awesome! tapi to those who like to observe the beauty of the nature je la.. hoho..

8th January 2011

on the 1st day, we get up as early as 4.30a.m to do our subuh prayer and start our journey to Ranau at 6am..

seriously, sabah sangat banyak anjing.. huhu..

then we stopped at pekan Nabalu.. buy some keropok ubi yang sangat sedap! you should try it when you stop here.. coz the keropok ubi takde kat KK.. then we stop again somewhere to take a few pictures with pix of gunung kinabalu.. hee..

we plan to stop at Kinabalu Park.. but there too foggy.. so, we didnt stop.. this pix taken before reaching kinabalu park.. you can see the cloud is, wow.. like in an airplane or sumthing.. you can guess the latitude here..

and we pass thru pekan kundasang.. the road? heh.. mostly under construction.. we got dust everywhere.. but there's a lot of fresh vegetables along the road.. i see baby tomatoes!

then we stop at Ranau for breakfast.. we had our Sabah soto.. people from Sabah alwiz say that soto sabah is the best.. no soto in semenanjung can be compared to sabah soto.. i wonder.. haha.. and it's delicious.. it is like bihun sup if u asked me.. heh..

then we make our move to Poring hotspring.. hey.. i got hotspring in Malacca too.. but i got to try this coz they say this place is famous.. we stop to buy egg to get our egg boil in the hot spring.. hoho.. but the pool for boiling egg is close.. and i think its super-hot by looking at the steam.. and the smell.. haha.. its like rotten eggs.. well, it's sulfur.. huhu..

after relaxing our leg in the warm water, we go for canopy walk.. o-ho.. we dont plan for this.. it's tiring!! and for me who barely exercise for this past semester, i hardly catch my breath.. haha.. dah gemok lagipon kan.. untuk orang2 yang gayat untuk naik jambatan gantung, this is for you.. hahaha.. :P

after this, we plan to go to Tagal Sungai Moroli.. sebab tak jauh dari Poring.. you know what's in here? fish that eat our feet!! haha.. walaupon aku dah biasa rasa time kat sagil, tapi nak gak rasa kat sabah.. this is one of the place that i want to go in sabah! but unluckily for us, diorang tutup sebab ada camping.. sobs sobs.. rugi betul..

then we went to Mesilau park.. i think this is one of starting trail to summit of mount kinabalu.. ok.. now.. i want you to imagine kundasang as tanah rata, cameron highland.. but then u have to climb up more in order to go to this place.. the road can be up to 140-130 degrees slope.. we are damn scare by looking at the road.. if you dont know how sloppy it was, down here, i give you the protector we used to use during our elementary school.. haha.. so u can imagine it..


then we lepak-ing sekejap at the Mesilau.

then we went to a dairy farm.. seyes rasa macam kat new zealand ok.. haha.. macam la pernah pergi new zealand kan..


tengok tu.. friesian cow.. oh.. i remember when i take pengurusan penternakan during my bachelor degree, one of my fav cow, is this.. yela.. selalu nampak kat iklan fernleaf tu kan.. now, dah nampak yang real punya.. haha.. sume tengah beratur untuk diperah susu.. pandai la diorang.. seyes tak tipoo.. the trick is, kena la bagi diorang makan sampai kenyang.. hoho..

after that, kitorang gi makan2 kat tanjung lipat.. i ate nasi goreng udang butter.. harga rm7.. hoho.. sapa cakap seafood kat sabah murah.. hehe.. ia akan murah kalau beli yang fresh punya.. kalo takat kat kedai makan, orang dah siapkan siap2, gi mana2 pon sama je harga.. kan..

basically today we do nothing except shopping.. hohoho.. akhirnya, aku pergi gak pasar filipin yang aku banyak kali dengar sebab jual mutiara naga.. kui3.. mutiara je la.. naga takdak.. huhu..

ouh.. now where to find cheap t shirt? kalo masuk pasar filipin tu, gerai aunti tu yang paling blakang, belah kiri.. baju dia numbered.. and if you want that t shirt, you say the number and you size.. the white 1, harga dia rm8 and the black 1, harga dia rm13.. its cheap! ouh btw, if you plan to buy pearls, buy in single shop coz its get cheaper if u buy many.. and explore 1st before u made up ur mind..

ouh.. jangan lupa beli amplang ngan kuih cincin.. to me, kuih cincin sangat la sedap!!!! really like it.. and another thing u can buy for dried seafood is ikan bilis halus2 yang kat semenanjung memang takdak..

lepas tu kitorg lepak kat tanjung aru.. biasa la.. kalo dah kat tepi pantai, main2 air jela.. keh3.. after that, g makang! this time, is much2 more expensive.. hahaha.. nanti aku masakkan korang ikan bakar lagi sodap dari ni! seyes! hoho..

malam tu, kitorg lepak kat umah je, layan ajl.. huahaha.. rugi kan? nak wat macamana.. dah time tu gak la ajl tetiba nak ada kan.. huhu..

however.. its not last that long.. he didnt get her, as he said, she is different..

everything in the land are hypocrite.. a cold stone pretended to be warm..
and when the excitement over, they turn back to their true nature..

hmm.. amacam cerita wa? ngehehe.. macam kat dunia sebenar kan? urm.. dulu, masa first time bercinta, sikit pon tak tengok dunia ni.. macam dunia ni ada dua orang ni je.. kan..

lama2 bila dah cerdik sikit, baru tau, banyak yang perlu kita tengok..
layak ke tak dengan orang tu..
family dia ok ke tak..
mak dia ok ke tak..
senang cita, kalo ikut Islam, kita perlu cari yang sekufu dengan kita..
bila Islam dah suruh mencari yang sekufu, makanya, banyak kelebihan kalo kita mengamalkannya..
bila pasangan kita bukan sekufu dengan kita, automatically banyak benda yang kita berbeza dengan dia..

1. cara pemikiran
kang kalo kita pikir A, dia pikir B.. pastu bagitau kat anak2, dia jadi rojak.. anak pon pening.. mana satu nak ikut.. kalo sekufu, at least dua-dua akan pikir A.. maka yang tersampai kat anak2 pon A je la.. bukan B bukan C.. anak2 pon takde la tengok mak ayah bergaduh depan diorang.. kan.. kan tu dah secara tak langsung kita tunjukkan kerjasama.. aceceh..

2. kefahaman
sorang Dr. sorang lagi kerja opis-hour.. yang Dr. nyer cakap bz, takda masa nak teman makan, weekend lak still wat kije.. yang lagi sorang pulak, merajuk.. cakap dah tak sayang dah.. aduh.. tepuk dahi la Dr. nyer.. lama2 mendatangkan pergaduhan.. kalo sekufu kan elok.. masing-masing faham dengan tugas masing2.. masing2 respect dengan pendirian masing2.. isk3..

3. dan lain2
aku pon tak tahu nak letak apa..

asal aku tetiba cakap pasal sekufu ni? walhal aku nak cita pasal princess je.. ahaha..
ouh.. dan aku nak cakap pasal hidup di fairytale tak sama dengan dunia yang asal..

banyak yang kita perlu timbang tara sebelum ambil keputusan untuk hidup bersama..
suka tak bererti boleh hidup bersama..
cinta tak bererti boleh bersama selama2nya..
semua di tangan Tuhan..
apa yang kita boleh buat, doa dan sembahyang
ikhtiar dan tawakal..
kalo diizinkan, maka ada lah..
kalo tak diizinkan, maka redha lah..

p/s: i'm happy for two of my close friend who getting engage.. tak disangka2.. hehe.. moga ada jodoh kamu.. =)

think honey.. dont blame people

why do we have to concern about other people? when they dont even concern about us..

....

a friend of a friend of mine asked me this question.. its a dumbstruck question.. make me think hard how to answer..

in a logical way, the answer would be like this:
coz we need people in our life.. its a thing we have to do to maintain good relationship with people..

in a concern-spiritual/religious way, the answer would be like this:
even-though people not concern about us, we have to concern about people.. reward will be given to those who are nice to other people.. we learn this since we were like 3? hmm..

in a jokingly way, the answer would be like this:
who say? all malacca people are really good at concerning others.. like me.. ahahaha..

....

sometimes we do feel angry with people.. saying that they are not concern as we are.. but maybe we chose the wrong friend..

to me, a few good friend is WAY better than having thousands of friend..

i dont care about friend.. i care about my bestfriend.. to be concern and understanding is the most crucial thing you gotta have in a friendship.. its a give and take..

but let us take a look in a mature sight..

you cant expect everyone stay by your side all the time..

they got hard times too..

have you think about that?

dont you sounds selfish if you want everybody to concern about you?

to me it's simple..

if you want my concern, share with me or show to me and i'll give you..

if not, i wont bother.. not because that i'm not concern but because i respected your choice for not sharing with me..

if you still think that you lack of people concerning about you, then i think you are attention seeker.. ok.. that is your problem right now.. hahaha.. just switching on the button in your brain to think about it..

ok.. if its really true that ALL the people around you not concern about you, then i think you are the one who got problem..

stop nagging! you are not my mommy.. only my mommy have the rights to do that ok!

infront of me are two people yang sedang berborak.. i dont like how she straightforwardly say things like,

"its your project.. its up to your initiative.."
"call him.. or other him.. and the other.. blablabla.. NOW!"
"its your project.. its up to your initiative.." repeat it again and again.. to her friend..

in front of me?? a new ahKak you kenal.. halamak.. macam la kawan tu tak dengar.. macam la dia tu is a baby or something.. cant you say it nicely?

"try call this guy.. or this guy.. or the other guy.." a short sentence like TRY can make different with your word.. buat malu kawan jek.. oh btw, macam tu ke kawan? kawan yang refuse to teman ko berjalan di kawasan yang gelap? leh buang dalam tong sampah la kawan yang macam tu.. huhu..

hmm.. maybe budak tu tak terasa or apa.. but hey.. ahKak yang dok tercongok depan mata korang ni rasa menyampah tau.. dont let people bully you.. there's nothing wrong with being naive.. but dont let people think that you are stupid..

hmm.. why i hate that situation? because i am stupid and naive.. and clumsy too.. i'm a book smart but not really smart.. haha.. if i am that girl, after all the saying, maybe i dont even bother to call anyone.. leave it too me! it is my project ok! if i dont do it, then let me get the consequences! make mistakes! (like jessica in eclipse speech during graduation.. thats why i like the dialogue.. hehe..)

babe.. there's nothing wrong in making mistakes.. it is how you learn things! its a street smart things.. dont care how others thinks about you.. in the end, it doesnt even matter how you do it.. but how good the result is.. and be positive.. if you dont like how the problem lingers in your head, find a way to solve it instead of keeping it hovering around your head..

oh.. and i hate when i stoly molly to someone (because i just cant stand the situation), the person say this.. "just look at her (kawan yang bodoh2 alang tu).. that is the reason she was treated that way"

so dlm kul 2 aku dh gerak dh.. kul 4 jumpa die kt bndr tsk sltn n amik lrt ke bkt jalil.. while waiting, aku nmpk r gak segerombolan girls yg pkai bju sapphire blue with super junior written on their shirt.. mak aih.. they sure come early.. n they sure wear blue yg ala2 kaler stesen lrt gak.. ahaha.. jht x aku?

we need the glucose for energy.. so, i paksa my sis to makan.. hmm.. after that bru la g ke main entrance.. its only 5.30 but people r everywhere man! at 6.30 only we can enter the building.. 2 pon, anggota RELA check our bag b4 enter..

rule no 2 for going to concert
xyah la ssh pyh simpan air dlm beg.. RELA buang ok! sb nye? sb diorg xnak kipas2 simbah2 air n tkena kat mic mreka yg mhl.. dlu prnh tjadi mse concert DBSK.. n plus, if u see on how they throw things on the stage, mmg ptt pon RELA check beg ktorg n rmps air tu.. tp aku tseksa r.. xde air ma.. thank God i have the energy after eating 5 DOLLARS NASI AYAM!!! bapak mhl kn.. we r not even tourist! demm..

rule no 3 for going to concert
buy ur own glow stick before arriving at bkt jalil.. coz its demm expensive ok! glow stick for rm30??? sorry.. cant buy it, have to save.. its more than 3 days punyer duit mkn taw!! isk3.. menangeh aku nk mbayar nyer.. haha.. kedekut aku ni..

rule no 4 for going to concert
buy ur public transport ticket to n fro coz u will save time on queuing for ticket after the concert.. it works ok!

rule no 5 for going to concert
no need to queue sepanjang2 tidak coz there will be people yg potong itu Q.. sy la slh sorg.. huahaha.. sorry2.. haha..

rule no 6 for going to concert
tell ur mom k.. we need her bless.. n i get her blessing with her 'music' too.. its combo! hahahaha..

rule no 7 for going to concert
make sure u got a really high pitch voice to scream coz other girl will scream louder than u.. hahaha..

rule no 8 for going to concert
plz dont control.. coz people can see ur true colors when ur feveret singer wave at u and u will suddenly stood up n 'awww' people around u.. plz tell them to close back their mouth n make their jar back into position k.. hahaha.. its normal for people to lose their macho ok especially bl siwon yg lmbai2.. haha..

rule no 8 for going to concert
plz call up ur famly mber n frens during the concert coz they will feel jealous.. ahaha.. no lah.. they will appreciate u more n next time we can go together.. the more the merrier.. n makin kaya la gamaknya artis kesayangan kte tu.. kte lak jatuh miskin.. ahahaha..

rule no 9 for going to concert
wear deodorant or perfume after the concert especially for the one who is at the rock pitt coz u'r demm smelly! haha.. mse nek lrt tu, mau pengsan aku rse bl sume dok dlm tu mcm ikn sardin..

rule no 10 for going to concert
juz enjoy the show.. (mcm lgu lenka tu.. hehe)

OMG.. it feels like ages i dont write any entry..

Dr.Z sign proofread pon ari Khamis tau.. mcmane la eden nk anto lbh awl.. hehe.. alasan2.. no matter what i say.. sume nye alasan.. xyah la sy explain byk2 k..

so, on friday, i take a leave.. kul 8 g fac, anto proofread.. g pej pngurusan, mntk en.khalid pos surat ke DOE, n then, trus amik bas ke komuter sb i'll b meeting my besfren mse matrik.. so, by 10.20, aku dh smpai seremban.. then, aku blk melaka jap, tp x singgah pon umah sndri, by 5.30, nek tren g mid valley.. phew.. pnt nye..

dh r mse smpai2 tu, tjumpa la sorg makcik ni, dgn bwk beg besar nyer, aku n diah tlg r angkat2 beg2 die.. nk jumpa ank nyer katanya.. aish2.. klo aku la kn, aku x bg kot mak aku bsusah2 mcm tu utk nek tren.. hmm.. ok no more on that coz i have bad impression thadap situasi tu.. xyah r ckp byk2.. xbest pon..

arini, aku bgn pg with blurness in my head..

n KPT scholarship really make my morning very gloomy.. not because i lost the possibilities to earn that scholarship but because i'm 1 of the slowest creature on this planet that get info..

but then, fendi said i still got the chance if i fax my last result by this instant.. he offered me to fax it even when i said its ok myb its not my rezeki.. he insist that i can still have the chance.. he help me to fax it.. he dont even take a single cent for helping me out.. i really dont know how to thank him for that.. huhu.. Alhamdulillah.. i thank Allah swt to help me too..

ha.. punya la lme, bru aku tringat aku nk tulih apa.. lemah igtn btol.. isk2..

lately ni aku tpaksa msk sb kafe kt kolej dh tutup kn..

so, arini aku msk simple je.. telur msk kicap..

alkisahnya, kwn aku tlh mbuang kuah telur msk kicap tsebut dgn alasan telur dh abeh d mkn.. siput btul kwn aku tu.. haha.. mntk maap klo ko tbace.. jgn trase ati tau..

jd.. pd mlm ari, dgn pnuh keinsafan, aku mjamah nasi kosong ngn kicap jek! d temani oleh mira.. wuwu.. sdh siot..

bl pk2 blk, org dlm bersamamu lg ksian.. smpai kne mkn siput babi..

sesungguhnya bsyukurla dgn apa yg ade (isk2.. tp dok komplen2 x sdp..)

1) sy dpt mkn nasi pd siang ari.. esok nk pesan lg leh x? hakhak..

2) sy lepak d tgga utk mkn dgn kwn sy.. kemudian dua org lg kwn join skali smbil mbebel2 bdk llk kt blok mne ntah, karOK x sedap.. haha..

3) sy dpt mkn mknn ringan dgn ahli kump sukaneka sy, grup 6 (sambil d temani nyamuk2 dan asap rokok.. hmm..yg ni sy kurang gemar sb memudaratkn kesihatan sy.. huhu)

4) sy tidak mbuang mse mnonton AIM yg d katakn bosan.. hoho.. gud2..

5) sy menonton cerita smpena ari ibu yg sgt best d tv3! bl ibu memakai celana.. sumthg like that la tjuk die.. hehe.. best gilak! nk jd ibu yg begitu.. tp.. i'll work on my understanding towards my children more la.. i hope..

6) sy d jemput utk menikmati stimbot+cekodok+air teh yg b'aroma strawberry oleh k.chah.. dan sy tlh mkn smpai kenyang..

7) sy tlh borak2 kosong dgn para jemputan yg len smpai la kul 2.15a.m.. hoho.. antara topik pbincangan yg hangat d bicarakn adalah soal pkahwinan.. pernikahan.. pembawakn budak (mengandung).. dan bcerita psl beberapa org polan (tak d kira mengumpat kerna tiada sebarang cacian d kne kn.. hanya lah kenyataan yg d ketahui umum)
