apa itu 1 malaysia?

is it well received by malaysian?

even i dont like the page 1 malaysia in fb.. sorry.. coz i still didnt quite get the meaning of 1malaysia..

can i say this? mayb its a bit racist here..

38 out of 465 of my friend like the page..

and 3 people out of 38 is non-bumi..

heh..

its just sumthg to think about..

1. where are the chinese? (dont say that my chinese fren is not much that's why i didnt see them.. half of my fren list are chinese coz i'm from convent malacca.. my class consist of 85% chinese)

2. the ratio is not even balance.. malaysia consist 3 major race of malay:chinese:indian.. suppose it wud roughly be like 6:3:1? if there are 6 malays, there shud be 3 chinese n 1 indian..

3. not all malaysian support the gov.. and i think gov try too much.. well.. its hard to handle 100 people.. not to mention 1 country.. but, hey, please use other type of approach to win the malaysian.. and it suxx to see you use this approach to win over the non-bumi.. give them advantages equally like the bumis and sumtimes even more.. huh.. coz they dont appreciate your effort that much..

agak2 kena apa2 tindakan ke wat post macam ni? erkk.. just a thought.. its a free country right..

pizza day

hari ini saya akan buat pos sepenuhnya dalam bahasa melayu.. sebab ada orang tu mengadu yang post saya sejak akhir2 ni bahasa inggeris.. pening dia nak baca.. hakhak..

dah pos jiwang kan.. kalo bahasa melayu kang geli lak haku.. huahaha..

kebelakangan ni takde benda sangat pon nak di ceritakan.. sebab pada aku, ceritanya masih sama.. aku yang berada di tempat aku sendiri pon malas nak cerita kat orang.. ikut je kemana keadaan membawa aku.. go with the flow la kata omputih.. aku pon tak tahu dalam melayu nyer hapa.. hahaha.. i look stupid when i try to convert english to malay.. hahaha.. agak2 statement aku tu ramai tak wartawan kutuk? keh3..

raya cina aku banyak dihabiskan kat rumah je.. tak larat la nak keluar dari rumah.. tak larat nak mengadap kesesakan dan orang ramai.. huhu.. jadi, salah satu aktiviti ketika berada di rumah ialah masak2.. aku and aliya buat pizza.. nyummmmmmmmiiieeeeeeeee~~ shedaaapp.. hahaha.. ni dah macam puji masakan sendiri ni..

resepi nyer senang je.. sampai sekarang pon aku ingat lagi.. hehehe..

pizza base:
11g yis mauripan (dia memang dalam paket 11g)
2 sudu besar gula
setengah cawan air panas
campur tiga2 benda kat atas ni.. biar 10-15minit..
tepung 500g
setengah cawan air susu fresh milk (ada gak guna susu tepung)
campurkan sume2 kat atas ni.. uli tepung tu sampai sakit tangan.. hahaha.. penat woo! aku baling2 doh tu dlm mangkuk.. tumbuk2.. untuk hilangkan angin..
2 sudu butter
uli lagi sampai berkilat dan nampak smooth.. men agak2 je..
pastu tutup doh dengan kain lembap dan biar 30minit atau lebih.. nanti dia naik..

sos:
2 ulas bwg putih
1 ulas bwg merah
tumis bawang2 ni dengan olive oil.. kalo xde, minyak sawit buatan malaysia pon buley..
1 tin tomato puree
mix herb or oregano.. aliya beli mix herb.. sebab oregano satu botol tu tengok kat tesco rm8.. mahal2.. mix herb ni murah je.. rm 3 kot.. kitorang masukkan separuh je.. sebab macam banyak sangat.. kalo banyak pon takpe.. herbs je.. rasa ok.. bau je la bau herb..
kuib ayam
daging kisar
masak2.. biar sejuk..

pizza:
buat pizza macam yang biasa kte tengok tu.. kalo nak bulat, bulat la..
sapu butter atas pan.. kalo takde pan, pakai tudung periuk pon ok..
cucuk2 sebelah atas pizza
tabur sos yang kita masak tadi.. pastu tabur la daging burger yg kte dh potong2, letak nenas dalam tin tu (tos kan tau air nyer), letak la nugget ke popcorn ayam ke.. anything.. pastu tabur mozarella cheese..
jangan takut mozarella akan melimpah ye.. coz dia xkan melempah. dia cair btul2 atas pizza tu nanti.. hehehe..
bakar 180 degrees.. untuk 25-30 minit..
ouh.. aku sapu butter kat bibir pizza so that dia nampak perang lepas dibakar.. hehe..
