dieting with plans..

i'm striving in losing weight more than in my study.. haha.. 

remember last time i cut down my calories intake n exercise, and i lose 10kilos in 3 months? 

this time, i try to follow a diet plan which my friend share with me.. if we read, this diet does not require exercise.. how great is that sound huh? haha.. 

it is call the atkins diet.. huhu.. 

what u have to do, is u just have to cut your carbohydrate intake TOTALLY from your life.. 

no carbohydrate, to me means is no sugar, rice, bread, flour, potatoes..

you have to cut it for AT LEAST 2 weeks.. and if you plan to lose more, then keep on doing it.. without exercise..

hard.. i know.. even milk you cant consume coz it contain high carbs if you read those label.. 

my friend share to me this blog for diet, but urm, he says only 20g of carb allow per day.. i dont quite agree with him to eat things such as hot dogs.. altho the carbs is low, do you know how many preservative they put on those..? and how many calories it contain? u dont wanna know, seriously.. 

frankly speaking, atkins doesnt care about calories.. fat is not taboo for this diet plan.. only carbs.. means, it doesnt matter how much butter you take, as long as you stil dont take those carbs.. whoaaa.. 

ok, think back.. why you want to start a diet? for me, its not just about losing weight.. its about having a healthy lifestyle.. 

so, i try to search other types of diet plan.. south beach diet plan is good.. 

just like atkins, they cut the carbs totally.. but ONLY for 2 weeks.. 

then, you can consume healthy carbs such as whole grain bread, brown rice etc.. but stil in low intake.. 

for me, doesnt matter what type of diet plan you follow, as long as u eat right, you watch over your calories intake, exercise consistently, and for the sake of your health, you are on the right track..

i didnt manage to cut my carbs for 2 weeks.. never.. x mampu!! haha.. but when i think i eat much, i exercise more.. ouh.. remember, dont exercise right after your meal.. you have to wait for 2 hours after meal.. 

if you want to diet, drink a lot of water.. 2liter at least.. i heard some people go for 4 liter.. gila! aku bukan gajah nk minum banyak air.. haha.. 

what's important is, no pills please.. 

thats all.. babai..
