jeans shopping

yuhuuu.. been ages since i wrote my last post.. rse x smgt.. do i stil hv readers? huhu..

tapiiii.. ni semangat ckit nak tulis..

regarding my jeans.. yeah! jeans!

last friday i went shopping n end up with voir jeans 70% off in parkson~ yeay..

before that i have tried applemints with only 50% off.. nice.. really! tapi.. lain kali je la ea beli.. beza dekat 30 hengget kot dengan voir jeans 70% tu..

but that's not what make me gila-gila punya happy..

it's because.. i can wear VJ n applemints jeans straight cut at the size of 29!!!

walauwey.. i dont even remember when was the last time i wear 29 size jeans..

dlu jeans aku size 36 or 34.. jeans aku yg 34 tu, aku smpai marah adik aku sebab dia bli kn size tu.. ketat siott! tapi sekarang longgar gila.. hehe..

jilian michaels in 30days shred always say this when the workout is intensive..

"think of jeans shopping.."

now i know how it feels..

here me say.. if you want to lose weight, go for it.. if some people say, hey you WILL look ridiculous when you are thin.. ignore them.. its about self satisfaction.. how will you know when you aren't thin yet?

there are some people who say to me, your body wont look nice if you kurus.. coz you have broad shoulder and your torso will look bigger than your lower part.. neay.. i keep on exercising..

seriously, people who want to lose weight, plz dont forget to exercise.. they help to make your body to look nicer.. and sometimes you dont even lose weight but people notice your figure is getting more slender..

it happens to me.. but now, people who commenting pon dah tarik balik apa yang dia cakap coz i am the living prove.. hakhak..

ouh.. lagi satu.. kalo aku la kan.. i think, people who is 70kg and above, you need to do cardio exercise 1st.. lari setempat for 45minits daily.. it really help.. sebab.. kalau nak buat intensive workout mcm push up tu, tkot tangan x larat.. when you are lighter, then you can do push up k sayang.. i try to do push up when i am 70++.. i really cant.. sekarang ni, push up dah ok dah tapi takat 10kali je la.. huahaha.. but better.. aku tak pernah mampu buat push up okkkk.. sekarang dah boleh..

ouh lagi 1 pesanan.. tolong la jangan takot dengan otot.. do you know that you have to have incredibly low fat content in your body untuk dapat badan ketui2.. do you know how hard it is that you have to look after your diet and stuff.. its harder than losing weight.. so, please.. there's no such thing as weight lifting make your hand bulky.. naay.. myths..

aku kagum giler dgn semangat org yang nak kurus...
and yups... kurus bukan setakat kurus.. but satisfaction and self confident.. nak cari baju pun senang..
nak-nak.. cari jeans...
cari jeans yg sesuai tak mudah sebenarnya.. mcm aku..
selalu je.. bahagian pinggang belakang mcm lebih.. peha and bontot sumer dah ok...
but pinggang bahagian belakang mesti spoil.. nak test kena cangkung... ok ke tak belakang... but sekarang aku dah tau kat mana boleh cari jeans tuk aku... padini!! size 2... maybe 26 inch.. kot.. harga tak smpai rm20!!... berbaloi!! acu g cari sana... AEON.. hehe

mcm si baby.. rangka dia kan lagi kecik dari aku... lagi susah nak cari jeans.. sbb kecik bebenau.. huhu...

congrats for your achievement kuruskan badan.. serius... aku kagum!! dgn semangat ko...

hakhak.. tq hun.. thing is, adik aku tu yg komen.. wakaka.. xde la aku tacing.. klo org len komen, mau tacing gak aku.. lol.. well.. dia komen membina sbnrnya..dia buat aku lg smgt nk truskn diet plan n exercise aku.. aku dh ckp dh kat dr sndri.. thru losing weight ni, kne tgk berat mne yg aku rse best.. klo kurus sgt x lawo, nti aku try la gain weight semula.. x ssh pon.. hakhak..

eh.. takkan la aku nak makan weight gain tu.. aku just kata, klo xsesuai, aku gain la weight semula.. by eating banyak2.. ngahaha..

nak abs, kne exercise la beb.. n watch ur diet gak sbnrnya.. lebihkn protein sbb tu utk bina muscle..

kalau nak, try la 30days shred jilian michael.. cer cari kt utube.. by the time u reach 3rd stage, dia kata supposely abs ko dh start nampak.. setiap stage 10 hari.. cer dlu.. 20minits je daily..
