die-ting

i think i shud be taking master of how to diet la.. haha.. 

lately ni bacaan aku lebih kepada on diet plan la.. how to exercise la.. crunches la.. how to get flat abs la.. how to speed up ur metabolism rate la.. what is the fat percentage la..

i'm too obsess! damn la.. haha.. 

tapi yang sadisnya, kurus nyer tak..

makan.. makan.. makan.. 

what i learn is, you shudnt make your body starve or try to survive on low calorie diet coz your body will slow down the metabolism and when you are not dieting and eat the amount of food you used to take, you start gaining weight again.. 

jadi.. apa pon tak bolehhhh.. takyah diet la.. gemok pon comel apa.. ada gak orang sayang.. haha.. 

last time aku diet, i lose 10kilos in 3 months.. makan terbatas.. exercise daily.. huhu.. sekarang ni aku baru start diet balik for 2 months.. leh ke bertahan lebih lama untuk berdisiplin dalam berdiet? huhuhu.. i wonder.. pray for me.. amin2.. 

p/s: lately ni makanan yang aku masak mesti nak letak tomato.. buat bihun goreng pon tomato.. tebiat ke hape..
